Breakfast was excellent. Service was good.
very clean and cosy, nice staff, nice food, good location, good price
Check in easy and good value. It's a budget hotel but clean sheets and bathroom. Convenient location.
Ability to swap rooms when facilities were up to scratch.
We had a wonderful stay and have stayed here a number of times now. Our room had a full view of the Sky Tower, much better than you can get around other hotels in the city. Great location as we love walking either up K Road or down Queen Street to the viaduct. Handy to Q theatre and other events around the city. Accommodating staff who tended to whatever our requests were. We will keep coming back!
